The world is a more lonely place, but the sky has won a beautiful soul. With great sadness we have to say goodbye to Tyra L. (Elliott) Anderson. She was a beacon of light and love for many and will always be cherished more than a mother, wife, daughter, sister or aunt. She was born in 1960 and grew up in Irondale before settling in Salineville. She is the beloved wife of Michael Anderson whom she married on September 23, 1985 and the daughter of Tyrone and Wanda Elliott, who preceded her on their journey to Heaven. She also follows her brother Tony Joe Elliott and her stepfather, James Anderson. She remains to be cherished in her memory, her husband as well as her children, Steven-Bo Tyrell Elliott (Diane), Michael Keefer (Jessica), girl of heart, Jessica Castro and child of heart, Marley Bertram. In addition, she is survived by her stepmother, Diana Anderson, her brothers-in-law, Kenny Anderson (Amber), James Anderson (Loretta), Frank Anderson, her sister-in-law, Joanna Anderson as well as several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Plus, she leaves behind a loving sister, Rachel Farnsworth and Midget, Tyra’s four-legged child.

Friends and family will gather for Tyra’s visiting hours from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 31 at Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto, OH.
